I just saw the trailer for the first time on Entertainment Tonight. It looks very good and creepy. I read the book and it really looks like what I had pictured in my mind. Try to see it.

Here is one site with Shutter Island's trailer. Looks suspenseful Shocked - but not nearly enough Ruffalo. Crying or Very sad Hope he has more presence in the movie. Smile

Shutter Island, which was scheduled for release in October 2009, has been pushed to February 2010. Sad

New even creepier trailer of Shutter Island is out. Still not enough Mark in it.

Shutter Island had the top attendance for this past weekend's boxoffice take. Anyone here been to it? What did you think of it?

It was great, typical Mark acting. Its a little easier if you read the book but very good either way.

Shutter Island continues to do well at the box office. It has earned 108 M in the past 4 weeks and currently holds the No. 5 position in the top ten.

It was released here in the UK last week and I got to see it the other day - great film, although disturbing in parts but I loved the little comical moments by Mark Smile

Shutter Island remains in the top 10 Box Office que in the US but has dropped to no. 7 this week. And after 4 weeks in theaters it is being pulled from a few theaters now. So, if you want to see it on the big screen you might want to do that this week. My guess is within 2 weeks it will be a lot harder to find in the theaters. Has had pretty good success in the US and taken in about 15 mil so far. Be interesting to see how it does in other markets.
